The Society held a Volunteer Fun Day on Saturday, June 8, 2024 at the Hong Kong Productivity Council in the afternoon. Approximately 160 volunteers from 11 service centers and representatives from 4 companies attended. The Society's Chief Executive, Ms. Chau Shuk-king, delivered a welcome speech to the volunteers. On behalf of the Society, the Chief Executive expressed gratitude to the volunteers, and encouraged everyone to continue working hand-in-hand with the Society to serve the community. Afterward, a video was played to allow everyone to review the achievements of the services. The event had a performance segment. The African drum, laughter yoga, and magician performers respectively showcased their skills, engaging the audience in the fascinating activities. Everyone was in high spirits, with thunderous applause and laughter. After the performances, workshops were immediately held. Participants could not only learn from the performers, but also join handicraft classes to make decorative items. Everyone left the event fulfilled.
