Project Period

August 2022 to August 2025

The project “Jockey Club Happy Family with M.E. (Mediation Education)” was launched in September 2022. The focus of this project is to enhance family harmony and happiness through mediation education to parents and their children via social media as the promotion platform.

We encounter various conflicts in our daily life. If we handle them in an inappropriate way, it will affect the emotion of people, destroy relationships and even disrupt family harmony. Mediation is an effective way to resolve interpersonal conflicts. By utilizing the concepts and skills of mediation, both parties in a conflict can express their feelings and needs. Also, they can reach consensus to resolve their differences through effective communication.

Different activities will be held to promote mediation knowledge and skills to the parents and 3-16 years old children & youth. We are encouraging the service users to become ‘Mediation Ambassadors’ and develop ‘Mediation Families’, facilitating harmonious family relationships and community with the impact of user participation.
