Human Resources Officer (Talent Acquisition)
The job-holder will be responsible to formulate and conduct a series of work plans in strengthening and enhancing the process of talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full cycle of recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing logistic and on boarding
- Assist HR Manager to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and initiatives
- Maintain recruitment system & database and prepare recruitment-related reports
- Work closely with service managers to understand their needs and requirements, explore new and innovative talent sourcing channels to fulfill recruitment needs
- Participate in employer branding activities and represent the company at campus recruitments, job fairs and other recruitment events
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to enhance candidate management
- Perform any other job duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 2-years’ work experience in Talent Acquisition or similar role
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese
- Proactive, self-motivated, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility and independent
