Human Resources Officer (Talent Acquisition)

The job-holder will be responsible to formulate and conduct a series of work plans in strengthening and enhancing the process of talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full cycle of recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing logistic and on boarding
  • Assist HR Manager to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and initiatives
  • Maintain recruitment system & database and prepare recruitment-related reports
  • Work closely with service managers to understand their needs and requirements, explore new and innovative talent sourcing channels to fulfill recruitment needs
  • Participate in employer branding activities and represent the company at campus recruitments, job fairs and other recruitment events
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to enhance candidate management
  • Perform any other job duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 2-years’ work experience in Talent Acquisition or similar role
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Proactive, self-motivated, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility and independent
