Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to successfully monitor progress and implemnetation of initiatives especially infrastructure and networking enhancement.
• Provide end-to-end support including system testing, troubleshooting and maintenance support to ensure a smooth operation of IT systems.
• Assist with IT project administration and management support like meetings, presentation.
• Handle IT system user inquiries and provide follow-up support.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in related disciplines is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience.
• Knowledge in applying new technologies such as AI is an advantage 
• Self-motivated team player with good attitude and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn continuously.
