Manager
(Family Service - Child Care Services)
Reporting to Senior Manager, the job holder will be responsible for overseeing the operations of two newly acquired service units: the Neighbourhood Support Child Care Project and the After School Care Programme for pre-primary children in Sai Kung District, as well as assisting in the development of our child care services.
Responsibilities:
- Support service development initiatives in alignment with the Society’s strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between staff and stakeholders.
- Staff management and staff supervision
Requirements:
- Registered Social Worker.
- Degree in Social Work with 5 years’ post-graduate solid experience.
- Management or supervisory experience an advantage. Experience in handling crisis cases/complicated cases.
- Mature, flexible and has positive attitude towards change, good interpersonal and communication skills.
