Manager
(Integrated Family Service Centre)
Reporting to Senior Manager, the job-holder will be responsible for service development and centre operation of one of our Integrated Family Service Centres.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate plans for family service and relevant service centre
- Assist in quality assurance and risk management
- Perform important role in crisis management of cases
- Staff management and staff supervision
Requirements:
- Registered Social Worker.
- Degree in Social Work with 5 years’ post-graduate solid experience.
- Management or supervisory experience an advantage. Experience in handling crisis cases / complicated cases.
- Mature, flexible and has positive attitude towards change, good interpersonal and communication skills.
