香港青少年精神健康調查

「香港青少年精神健康調查」研究結果發佈 (Chinese Version Only)

2023新學年已經開始了一個月,面對後疫情的新常態,雖然學校已經回復正常運作,但青少年的精神健康亦不容忽視。適逢10月10日是「世界精神衞生日」,香港家庭福利會(家福會)早前就香港青少年精神健康進行研究,並於10月4日發佈研究結果。

為了解香港青少年的精神健康狀況以及影響他們精神健康狀況的因素,家福會青少年服務Power T.A.G.「心•動啟航」計劃於2022至2023學年進行了「香港青少年精神健康調查」。調查共收集了來自40所服務中學,共2,464名介乎12歲至19歲中學生的回應,當中男女比例約各佔一半。

調查數據顯示青少年和社會都關注青少年的精神健康,然而他們認為投放在青少年精神健康的資源不足夠,也認為青少年的精神健康不理想。

就此結果,家福會建議及提倡家庭、學校及社區攜手,強化青少年及家庭的內在力量。

Together they shared insights from the perspective of married individuals as a Gen-Y, including their moments of married life, communication tips, and the secrets to maintaining a strong bond, with the participation of Yupo Yu, Senior Social Worker from HKFWS, providing professional advice.

5月25至26日舉辦的「Homeland」家庭市集 2024 有多達75個攤檔,透過每位檔主的家庭故事,帶出家福會本年度「愛在·家在」主題。
